Cooking Method for Atlas Semi-Frozen Potatoes
To cook Atlas semi-frozen potatoes, start by pouring a sufficient amount of oil into a fryer or skillet and heat it to 180 degrees Celsius. Then, add the frozen potatoes (note that you should not thaw the potatoes) into the oil and after approximately 5 to 7 minutes, the potatoes will be fully fried and ready to serve.
